Welcome to Lundoria. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lundoria, operated by AB Commerce (Company Number: 35 407 895 612), registered at Unterhofer Str. 25, 74653 Künzelsau, Germany. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of our services. By visiting, using, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Section 1 — Access and Eligibility

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are completely error-free. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product availability shown on this website is updated regularly. If an item is marked as out of stock, purchase options for that item are disabled. We do not accept orders for products that are not currently available.

Section 3 — Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lundoria reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is issued. All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy at lundoria.com/policies/refund-policy and are intended for personal and household use only. Resale or commercial purchasing is not permitted.

Section 4 — Pricing and Billing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of your order. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy at lundoria.com/policies/refund-policy — please review that policy before making a purchase.

Section 7 — Out-of-Stock Products
In accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines (effective March 2026), products that are out of stock will not display active purchase options on their product pages. If a product is unavailable, the purchase button will be disabled until stock is restored. You may sign up for back-in-stock notifications where available.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements is the property of Lundoria, AB Commerce, its licensors, or affiliates, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

Section 9 — Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to third-party tools and our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided as-is and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

Section 10 — Shopify Platform
Lundoria is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with AB Commerce. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and our store.

Section 11 — User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to violating any applicable law or regulation, transmitting harmful or malicious code, impersonating any person or entity, and interfering with the security or integrity of our services. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
